Batteries can not be returned unless requested by the manufacturer or special exemption is given. Any battery returned that the manufacturer does not issue a shipping label for will be returned at end user's expense. Robotic Mower Services, LLC will not issue a shipping label due to shipping and liability restrictions.
Any parts or accessories authorized for return are subject to testing and verification that the part was defective as claimed, or is still in new working condition as claimed.
All non electrical parts and accessories returned that are not covered under manufacture's warranty are subject to a 15% testing/restocking fee.
Dealers can not return electrical parts (even unopened and unused!) to the manufacturer, so we must work within this standard as well. Any electrical parts that are opened and connected or plugged in are considered USED and are not returnable unless preauthorization was given via our Tech Support & Diagnosis service. Any authorized returns of unopened electrical parts are subject to a 25% testing/restocking fee. PLEASE UNDERSTAND that no one wants to purchase electrical parts that were connected/plugged in to a system with a known issue (even) if only briefly. We offer our Tech Support & Diagnosis service as a way to help ensure that you are purchasing the correct part the first time.
If you feel the part or accessory issue should be covered under warranty and you you would like to speed up the process, please contact the manufacturer and request a reference number for their warranty authorization of your claim.
